Volleyball Preview: Ludlowe Falcons vs. McMahon Senators

The Ludlowe Falcons will square off against the McMahon Senators at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Ludlowe has three straight wins, McMahon has five straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

On Thursday, Ludlowe was able to grind out a solid victory over Westhill, taking the game 3-1.

Ludlowe was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least eight aces every time they've taken the court this season.

Meanwhile, McMahon had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They lost 3-0 to Simsbury on Wednesday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-16, 25-16.

Ludlowe's win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for McMahon, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.
