The Bears sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Ravens on Thursday. The victory was familiar territory for Berkley, who have now won three contests in a row.

Berkley pushed their record up to 4-0-2 with the win, which was their third straight at home. As for Royal Oak, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Berkley will venture away from home to take on Lake Orion at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Royal Oak, they will head out to challenge Troy at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Troy's defense has only allowed 0.4 goals per game this season, so Royal Oak's offense will have their work cut out for them.
