Basketball Recap: Springtown Gets the Win

Springtown won the last time they faced Bridgeport and things went their way on Friday too. The Springtown Porcupines came out on top against the Bridgeport Bulls by a score of 51-43. The Porcupines didn't have much to brag about two games back, but this victory makes it their second in a row.

Springtown's win bumped their record up to 8-18. As for Bridgeport, they dropped their record down to 12-15 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home.

Springtown will host Castleberry at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bridgeport, they will head out on the road to face off against Burkburnett at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Burkburnett's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 12 contests.
