Hernando strolled into their game on Saturday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They never let the Clinton Arrows get on the board and left with a 14-0 win. The Tigers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Arrows, too.

Olivia Skinner looked comfortable as she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit over four innings pitched. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than one hit any time she's pitched this season.

On the hitting side, Hayden Hodge was incredible, going 3-for-4 with two runs, two doubles, and one stolen base. Those two doubles gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Katelyn Kirkpatrick, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two RBI and one run.

Hernando always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .595. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Clinton only posted an OBP of .250.

Hernando's victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Clinton, their loss dropped their record down to 5-2.

Looking ahead, Hernando will be playing in front of their home fans against Lafayette at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Clinton, they will venture away from home to challenge Wesson at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
