Clovis had won nine straight games and Reina Dvorak did her part to make it ten on Thursday. The Cougars put the hurt on the Clovis East Timberwolves with a sharp 3-0 win thanks in part to Dvorak, who had six digs, five aces, and one block. She has been hot for a while, having also posted 18 or more assists the last 20 times she's played.

While Clovis won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-15, 26-24.

Despite the loss, Clovis East had strong showings from Alana Barron, who had 11 digs, and Anna Cheatham, who had ten digs and four assists.
