Volleyball Recap: St. Maries Falls to Wallace in First Game of Season

St. Maries unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They lost 3-0 to the Wallace Miners on Tuesday. The Lumberjacks were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Miners apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2022.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-18, 25-16.

Looking ahead, St. Maries is packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will challenge Priest River at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wallace, they will welcome Kellogg at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
