Softball Game Preview: Ozark Hillbillies vs. Dardanelle Sand Lizards

Ozark hasn't had much luck against Dardanelle recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Hillbillies are taking a road trip to challenge the Sand Lizards at 4:30 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty run totals in their previous games.

Ozark will bounce into Thursday's match after beating Clarksville, who they had gone 0-9 against in their nine prior meetings. The Hillbillies came out on top against the Panthers by a score of 16-11 on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, while Dardanelle put up plenty of runs on Tuesday, the same can't be said for Waldron. The Sand Lizards were the clear victors by a 13-0 margin over the Bulldogs. That 13 run margin sets a new team best for the Sand Lizards this season.

Dardanelle's win bumped their record up to 8-10. As for Ozark, their victory was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-5 and their overall record up to 9-7.
