After a string of three wins, Columbus Crusaders's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They were just a hair shy of victory and fell 19-18 to the Cincinnati Landmark Eagles. Columbus Crusaders was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Cincinnati Landmark apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2023.

Columbus Crusaders' loss ended a five-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 4-2. As for Cincinnati Landmark, their victory was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-2.
