After a string of five wins, Dishchii'bikoh's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. The game between them and the Valley Lutheran Flames didn't end well, with the Dishchii'bikoh Wildcats falling 76-61. The Wildcats were not able to make up for their defeat to the Flames from their previous meeting back in January of 2024.

Valley Lutheran was led to victory by John McLaughlin and Caynan Chapman. McLaughlin dropped a double-double on 27 points and 11 rebounds, while Chapman dropped a double-double on 25 points and 13 boards. Those 27 points gave McLaughlin a new career-high. Luke Henley was another key player, putting up three points and seven assists.

Dishchii'bikoh's loss ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 15-9. As for Valley Lutheran, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 16-3 record this season.

Dishchii'bikoh does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Valley Lutheran, they will venture away from home to challenge NFL Yet Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Valley Lutheran will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak.
