Softball Recap: Cajon Continues Home Dominance on Saturday

There's no place like home for Cajon, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They skirted past the Warren Bears 3-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Cowboys have posted since March 16, 2024.

Cajon pushed their record up to 7-8 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.0 runs over those games. As for Warren, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cajon will face off against Redlands at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Cowboys are facing the Terriers at the right time seeing as the Terriers are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Warren, they will venture away from home to square off against Downey at 3:15 p.m. on the 22nd.
