It was a good run, but Orange Lutheran unfortunately witnessed the end of their seven-game winning streak on Friday. They fell just short of the Santa Margarita Eagles by a score of 4-2. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, with their most recent loss being a 8-7 defeat back in April.

Orange Lutheran saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Grace Harrison, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI.

Orange Lutheran's defeat dropped their record down to 22-4. As for Santa Margarita, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-9-1 record this season.
