Volleyball Recap: Fort Stockton Comes Up Short on the Road Against Wink

Fort Stockton kicked off their season on the road on Tuesday and hit a couple of potholes. They lost 3-0 to the Wink Wildcats. The Panthers haven't had much luck with the Wildcats recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Wink scored at least 18 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-18, 25-18.

Coming up, Fort Stockton will head out on the road to square off against Coahoma at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wink, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-1 victory against Alpine on the 12th.
