Basketball Recap: Woodbury Comes Up Short

Woodbury was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were two points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 47-45 heartbreaker at the hands of the Rancocas Valley Red Devils. The match marked the Thundering Herd's lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Woodbury's loss dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Rancocas Valley, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 9-5.

Woodbury has already played their next game, a 73-54 win against Haddon Heights on the 21st. As for Rancocas Valley, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 64-51 defeat against Lenape on the 21st.
