The Army-Navy Warriors will challenge the Bonsall Legionnaires at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Army-Navy is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8 runs per game this season.

On March 5th, Army-Navy needed a bit of extra time to put away Crawford. They blew past the Colts 17-6. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Warriors considering their two-run performance the matchup before.

Ashton Little made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he struck out six batters over 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and only one walk). That's the fewest hits he has allowed since back in April of 2024. He was also solid in the batter's box, scoring three runs while going 1-for-4.

In other batting news, Palmer Free and Mario Riquer did most of the damage at the plate: Free scored two runs while going 3-for-4, while Riquer scored three runs while going 3-for-5. That's the most hits Riquer has posted since back in May of 2024. Another player making a difference was Lincoln Brunson, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-5.

Meanwhile, Bonsall came up short against Ocean View Christian on Thursday, falling 9-1.

Bonsall now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Army-Navy, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Everything went Army-Navy's way against Bonsall when the teams last played back in March of 2022, as Army-Navy made off with a 21-0 victory. Does Army-Navy have another victory up their sleeve, or will Bonsall turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
