Softball Recap: Penn Treaty Comes Up Short

Penn Treaty was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 15-12 hit to the loss column at the hands of Bodine. Even if the Wolves couldn't come away with the victory, the high-scoring effort was a great turnaround for their hitters, which had struggled int the games prior.

Penn Treaty's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Bodine, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Penn Treaty is set to square off against their familiar foe Simon Gratz at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Bodine will take on rival Thomas A. Edison at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday.
