Volleyball Recap: First Assembly Christian Comes Up Short

First Assembly Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Chilton Christian Academy Patriots.

First Assembly Christian's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Chilton Christian Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-5-1 record this season.

First Assembly Christian will head out to face off against Clay County Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. This will be the Lions' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Chilton Christian Academy, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Mt. Pleasant Christian on the 13th.
