Soccer Recap: Riverdale Ridge Extends Winning Streak to Six

Riverdale Ridge barely beat Brighton the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Ravens put the hurt on the Bulldogs with a sharp 3-0 win on Thursday. The score was close at halftime, but Riverdale Ridge pulled away in the second half with two goals.

Abby Hawkins and Trinity Abeyta scored all three of Riverdale Ridge's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 16 goals.

The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 29 goals over those six games. As for Brighton, they dropped their record down to 4-7 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road.
