Fort Bend Elkins entered their tilt with Fort Bend Clements on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Rangers. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Knights have posted since August 28th.

Fort Bend Elkins took Fort Bend Clements into a fifth set where they got it done with a six-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 20-25, 25-19, 25-20, 21-25, 15-9.

Fort Bend Elkins' offense was headlined by Nidhi Dronavalli and Aisha Dowadu, who picked up seven kills apiece. They got some help from Leena Kadir-Balogun and her seven assists. Lilah Garcia controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Fort Bend Elkins now has a winning record of 16-15. As for Fort Bend Clements, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-19.
