Basketball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Durand + How To Watch

Durand hadn't done well against Orangeville recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Bulldogs walked away with a 53-45 win over the Broncos. The victory was nothing new for the Bulldogs as they're now sitting on three straight.

Durand's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Maddy Moore led the charge by as she made all 7 shots she took from beyond the arc racking up 21 points. The dominant performance also gave Moore a new career-high in shooting accuracy (88%). Jaydan Bartlett was another key player, dropping a double-double with 13 points and 11 rebounds.

Durand was working as a unit and finished the game with 14 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Durand's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Orangeville, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-3 record.
