Soccer Recap: Irondequoit Takes a Loss

If Irondequoit was riding high fresh off their 6-1 takedown of Gates Chili on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Eagles fell 3-1 to the Webster Thomas Titans on Friday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Irondequoit of the 3-2 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Irondequoit now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Webster Thomas, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Irondequoit will face off against Brockport at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Webster Thomas, they will head out to face off against Churchville-Chili at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
