Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Wood River). They claimed a resounding 110-12 win over the Mountain Home Tigers. The victory was some much needed relief for the Wolverines as it spelled an end to their six-game losing streak.

Among those leading the charge was Sully Carter, who posted 14 points. Another player making a difference was Tony Ambriz, who had eight points.

Wood River's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-8. As for Mountain Home, they dropped their record down to 0-9 with the defeat, which was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Filer the next time they take the court. Mountain Home will host Filer at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, while Wood River will host them at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
