Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask New Heights Christian Academy). Everything went their way against the Verona Wildcats on Thursday as they made off with a 29-14 victory. With that win, the Cougars brought their scoring average up to 6.1 runs per game.

New Heights Christian Academy let KALLIE SPENCER and JADYN DEAN run wild. SPENCER got on base in four of her five plate appearances with five stolen bases and five runs, while DEAN got on base in four of her five plate appearances with three stolen bases, four runs, and one triple. Those stolen bases marked the first that SPENCER has snagged this season. The team also got some help courtesy of LILY MOORE, who went 1-for-4 with two stolen bases, four RBI, and two runs.

New Heights Christian Academy always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .574. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
