Basketball Recap: Alameda Pirates vs. Village Mountaineers

Alameda was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They had to suffer through a 63-21 loss at the hands of the Village Mountaineers. The Pirates were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 33-13.

Eduardo Cantillo and Vinny Arguero certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Cantillo posted six points along with eight boards and four blocks, while Arguero put up six points.

Village was led to victory by James Driggers and Carter Sterk.
