Robbie Boren gave up the fewest earned runs he has since back in March on Thursday. He didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out seven over seven innings pitched, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.
