South Summit is 8-2 against Union since December of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. A feisty cat fight is on tap when the South Summit Wildcats duke it out with the Union Cougars at 7:00 p.m.

South Summit is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Morgan just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Wednesday. They took a 61-45 bruising from the Trojans.

Meanwhile, Union didn't have too much breathing room in their match against Ogden on Wednesday, but they still walked away with a 42-37 win.

South Summit's loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 17-5. As for Union, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-8 record this season.

South Summit was able to grind out a solid victory over Union in their previous meeting back in January, winning 70-57. The rematch might be a little tougher for South Summit since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
