Basketball Game Preview: Corinth Holders Pirates vs. Broughton Capitals

For the first time this season, Corinth Holders will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. They will be playing in front of their home fans against the Broughton Capitals at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Corinth Holders will come into the contest with an undefeated record on the line.

On Friday, Corinth Holders strolled past Cleveland with points to spare, taking the game 60-43.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 70-38, which was the final score in Broughton's tilt against Willow Spring on Tuesday. The Capitals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Corinth Holders' victory bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Broughton, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-2.

Corinth Holders was able to grind out a solid win over Broughton in their previous meeting back in November of 2022, winning 50-41. Will the Pirates repeat their success, or do the Capitals have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
