Basketball Recap: University Neighborhood Takes a Loss

After flying high against Wadleigh last Wednesday, University Neighborhood came back down to earth. The University Neighborhood Panthers were outmatched by School of the Future and fell 54-20. The contest marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

University Neighborhood now has a losing record at 3-4. As for School of the Future, they pushed their record up to 6-0 with the win, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, University Neighborhood and Harlem Village Academy will dust off their jerseys to challenge one another at 4:30 p.m. on January 2, 2025. As for School of the Future, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against East Side Community at 4:15 p.m. on January 2, 2025.
