Soccer Game Preview: Jenkins vs. Liberty County

Jenkins is on a six-game streak of home losses, and Liberty County a five-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Thursday. The Jenkins Warriors will be playing in front of their home fans against the Liberty County Panthers at 5:00 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Jenkins' offense. They lost 11-0 to Calvary Day on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Liberty County also failed to score in their most recent game. They came up short against Islands on Tuesday, falling 10-0.

Jenkins' loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Liberty County, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-7.

Jenkins couldn't quite get it done against Liberty County in their previous matchup back in February of 2024 as they fell 2-0. Can Jenkins avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
