Basketball Recap: Walters Comes Up Short

Walters was the 66-42 winner over Chattanooga when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Walters Blue Devils fell 58-46 to the Chattanooga Warriors on Saturday. The Blue Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Walters' defeat dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Chattanooga, their win bumped their record up to 11-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Walters will face off against Empire at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Chattanooga, they will take on Granite at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Granite will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Chattanooga surely won't give up without a fight.
