Softball Recap: Baldwin Highlanders vs. North Allegheny Tigers        
        
		
            
 Baldwin lost against North Allegheny last Saturday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result  on Wednesday. The Baldwin Highlanders fell just short of the North Allegheny Tigers by a score of  6-5. Baldwin has not had much luck with North Allegheny recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.
  Reese Temme was cooking despite her team's loss,   going 2-for-3 with a  home run, two  runs,  and a  double. Another player making a difference was  Avery Herrington, who  went 1-for-3 with a  double and  an  RBI.
 Baldwin's loss dropped their record down to 4-9. As for North Allegheny, the  victory was  the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-1.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Baldwin will  face off against Mt. Lebanon at 4:30  p.m.  on Thursday. The last seven games Baldwin has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for North Allegheny, they will head out on the road to  take on  Seneca Valley at 4:00  p.m.  on Friday. Seneca Valley is coming into the  game with seven straight  wins at home,  so North Allegheny will have to stop a  squad with plenty of momentum.
