Epping had to skate by with only a one-goal margin when they last took the pitch, which might have inspired the six-goal drubbing they dealt Hinsdale on Friday. The Blue Devils were the clear victors by a 6-0 margin over the Pacers. Considering Epping have won 11 matchups by more than two goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory was the ninth in a row for Epping, bringing their record up to 14-1. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up three goals over those nine matches. As for Hinsdale, their loss dropped their record down to 11-4-1.

Looking ahead, Epping will be playing in front of their home fans against Concord Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Hinsdale does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
