Baseball Game Preview: Knox Redskins vs. South Central Satellites

Knox is 0-7 against South Central since May of 2015 but things could change on Tuesday. The Redskins will be playing in front of their home fans against the Satellites at 4:30 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

South Central will be up against a hot Knox squad: the team just extended their winning streak to three. The Redskins were the clear victors by a 7-1 margin over West Central on Saturday.

Meanwhile, South Central got themselves on the board against Washington Township on Monday, but Washington Township never followed suit. They blew past the Senators 7-0. The win continues a trend for the Satellites in their matchups with the Senators: they've now won six in a row.

South Central's victory bumped their record up to 3-7. As for Knox, their win bumped their record up to 8-4.

Knox might still be hurting after the 10-2 defeat they got from South Central when the teams last played back in April of 2023. Can the Redskins avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
