Boca Raton's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They walked away with a 5-2 victory over the Olympic Heights Lions. The win continues a trend for the Bobcats in their matchups with the Lions: they've now won nine in a row.

Lucas Pereira looked comfortable as he tossed four innings while giving up just two earned runs off seven hits.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Mylo Pereira, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run. That's the most hits he has posted since back in March. The team also got some help courtesy of Jordan Davis, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Boca Raton picked up their first road victory, bumping their record up to 4-16. As for Olympic Heights, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-14.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Boca Raton will welcome Park Vista at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Park Vista will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Boca Raton surely won't give up without a fight. As for Olympic Heights, they will host Seminole Ridge at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
