Volleyball Recap: Pepperell Comes Up Short

Pepperell lost against Darlington back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Dragons took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tigers.

Kaitlyn House paced Pepperell's offense, picking up five kills. House got some help from Hannah Smith and her five assists. Piper Hillis controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Pepperell's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Darlington, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Darlington wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Model on the 9th. Hopefully Pepperell paid attention to the Tigers' game: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Tigers at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
