Softball Recap: Barron Comes Up Short

Barron managed to slip by Cameron the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Golden Bears came up short against the Comets on Thursday, falling 15-0. The Golden Bears were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Comets apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Barron saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Hannah Coss, who went 1-for-2 with one triple.

Barron now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Cameron, their win bumped their record up to 4-2.

Looking ahead, Barron is taking a road trip to square off against Unity at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Cameron, they will face off against Chetek-Weyerhaeuser at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
