Softball Recap: East Bladen Takes a Loss

East Bladen lost against West Bladen back in March of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. East Bladen lost 10-4 to West Bladen. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Tatum Allen made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and got on base in three of her four plate appearances with two RBI. Mollie Tolar also deserves some recognition as she brought in her first RBI of the season.

East Bladen's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for West Bladen, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-4.

East Bladen wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 12-1 defeat against Pender on the 25th. As for West Bladen, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 6-5 loss against St. Pauls on the 25th.
