Softball Recap: Platte Valley Broncos vs. Valley Vikings
Platte Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 19th straight loss. They came up short against the Valley Vikings, falling 16-1. The Broncos were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Vikings apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2023.
Platte Valley saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kyra Jessop, who went 1-for-1 with an RBI. Aly Diaz-Galindo also deserves some recognition as she hit her first hit of the season.
