Volleyball Recap: Kelso Comes Up Short

Kelso lost against Olympia back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Hilanders came up short against the Bears, falling 3-0.

Leading Olympia to victory were Elyse Juergens and River Sutch. Juergens had ten digs, while Sutch had eight digs and three aces. Those ten digs gave Juergens a new career-high.

Kelso's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Olympia, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, Kelso will take on Tumwater at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Olympia, they have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Skyline on the 13th.
