Santa Fe Catholic had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Brooks DeBartolo Collegiate Phoenix as they made off with a 12-2 win. The result was nothing new for the Hawks, who have now won seven games by six runs or more so far this season.

Carson Dicks was excellent, going 3-for-4 with three runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. That's the most hits he has posted since back in February. The team also got some help courtesy of Alejandro Montenegro, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Santa Fe Catholic kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. They are 5-1 when they post 11 or more hits.

Santa Fe Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 11-8. As for Brooks DeBartolo Collegiate, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-16.

Coming up, Santa Fe Catholic will host St. Francis at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Brooks DeBartolo Collegiate, they will head out to challenge Berkeley Prep at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
