Betsy Layne took down Hannan 69-22 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Leslie County made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 10,419 from 11,407. The improvement came about via a 54-29 victory over Shelby Valley last week.
Prestonsburg's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Black Cats feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Jarredd Jarrell has thrown for 2501 yards and 25 touchdowns this season, while Grant Anderson has 51 catches for 959 yards. Jarrell also leads the league in rushing with 598 yards.
The top two teams in the league will face off this week when first place Prestonsburg takes on second place Leslie County. Last week, Prestonsburg, while the Eagles beat the Wildcats.
The Black Cats' Anderson is a few successful plays short of surpassing 1,000 yards receiving this season. He needs only 41 receiving yards against Leslie County to hit that benchmark.
The Bobcats led the league in scoring this week after putting up 69 points on the Wildcats.
