Volleyball Recap: Walnut Grove Christian Wins Going Away Against Cornerstone Christian Academy

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Walnut Grove Christian had no problem doing just that on Friday. Everything went their way against the Cornerstone Christian Academy Crusaders as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Christian Warriors.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Walnut Grove Christian was: they took every set by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-12, 25-15.

Walnut Grove Christian's win bumped their record up to 12-10. As for Cornerstone Christian Academy, their loss ended a seven-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 15-5.

Looking ahead, Walnut Grove Christian will challenge NorthPoint Christian Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Cornerstone Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
