Riverview Sarasota had lost three games straight , but after bumping their record up to 17-4 on Thursday that streak is in the rearview. They walked away with a 4-1 win over the Lemon Bay Manta Rays. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-1 back in March.
Allison Cole was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits while striking out 13 over seven innings pitched.
