Dixie is a perfect 10-0 against Pine View since March of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Flyers will challenge the Panthers at 7:30 p.m. Dixie is coming into the contest hot, having won their last five games.

Dixie is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They were the clear victors by an 8-0 margin over Hurricane on Friday. Given Dixie's advantage in MaxPreps' Utah soccer rankings (they are ranked 19th, while Hurricane are ranked 98th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Dixie's offense was hitting Hurricane from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Pablo Diaz led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

Meanwhile, Pine View lost 5-2 to Snow Canyon on Friday. The defeat continues a trend for Pine View in their meetings with Snow Canyon: they've now lost six in a row.

Dixie pushed their record up to 6-2 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 17 goals over those four games. As for Pine View, their loss dropped their record down to 4-3.

Everything went Dixie's way against Pine View when the teams last played back in April of 2024, as Dixie made off with a 4-1 victory. Will the Flyers repeat their success, or do the Panthers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
