Basketball Recap: Gering Takes a Loss

Gering lost against Sidney back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Gering Bulldogs took a 67-50 bruising from the Sidney Red Raiders.

Gering's defeat dropped their record down to 7-10. As for Sidney, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season.

Gering has already played their next matchup, a 48-39 win against Chase County on the 8th. As for Sidney, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, an 86-56 loss against Scottsbluff on the 8th.
