Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Chaska). Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Jefferson Jaguars an 11-0 shutout on Tuesday. The Hawks haven't had any issues with the Jaguars recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive win against them.

Chaska's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Jefferson, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Chaska will face off against Waconia at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Jefferson, they will square off against New Prague at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
