Basketball Recap: Archbold Skates Past Springfield with Ease

Archbold lost to Springfield back in January of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Archbold Blue Streaks took their contest with ease, bagging a 62-18 win over the Springfield Blue Devils. That looming 62-18 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Blue Streaks yet this season.

Archbold is also on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 13-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.7 points per game. As for Springfield, they are on a 15-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-14.
