The Van Buren County Eagles made easy work of the Rockwood Tigers on Tuesday and carried off an 18-11 victory. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won six contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Van Buren County's win bumped their record up to 14-5. As for Rockwood, they are on a 22-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-14.

Looking ahead, Van Buren County will face off against Chattanooga School for the Liberal Arts at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Rockwood, they have already played their next matchup, a 19-2 defeat against Midway on the 23rd.
