Basketball Recap: Santa Fe Takes a Loss

After flying high against Hampshire back in February, Santa Fe came back down to earth. The Santa Fe Wildcats received a blow on Friday as they fell 54-39 to the Fayetteville Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 61-56 back in December of 2024.

Santa Fe has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-16 record this season. The win made it two in a row for Fayetteville and bumps their season record up to 6-18.

As of now, neither Santa Fe nor Fayetteville have any future games scheduled.
