Basketball Recap: Grove City Christian Eagles vs. Miller Falcons        
        
		
             Grove City Christian gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener  on Thursday. They blew past the Miller Falcons 63-30. The Eagles pushed the score to  54-28 by the end of the third, a deficit the Falcons had  little chance of recovering from.
 Grove City Christian got their  victory on the backs of several key players, but it was  Josiah Harmeyer out in front who  went 7 for 11 en route to 19 points plus five  assists. The dominant performance gave  Harmeyer a new career-high in  assists. Another player making a difference was  Landon Brunicardi, who  made all 5 shots he took racking up 14 points plus eight  rebounds.
 Despite the  loss, Miller saw an underclassman step up: freshman  Bodey Dorsey  posted nine points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Bryce Dorsey, who  had eight points in addition to eight  rebounds and three  steals.
 Miller's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
 Grove City Christian will venture away from home to  square off against Millersport  at 7:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Miller, they will be defending their home-court for the first time this season they go up against Fisher Catholic  at 7:30  p.m.  on Tuesday.
