It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Troy can now relate to. They came up short against Mount Notre Dame on Saturday, falling 3-0. The Trojans' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-8, 25-12.

Troy's offense was headlined by Sophie Michalos and Gracie Baker, who picked up three kills apiece. They got some help from Stella Boehringer and her ten assists. Grace Breneman controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Mount Notre Dame found their leader in sophomore Addy Wolfer, who had seven digs and three aces.

Troy's defeat dropped their record down to 12-12. As for Mount Notre Dame, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-9 record this season.

Troy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Mount Notre Dame, they will square off against Anderson at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
